Terms of Service

1. Who we are
The InterPatagoniaWeb booking engine (interpatagoniaweb.com) is operated by INTERWA S.A.U., tax ID (CUIT) 30-70871990-7, registered at Teniente Coronel Pérez 830, piso 1, oficina 5, San Martín de los Andes (8370), Neuquén, Argentina. Contact: administracion@interpatagonia.com.
2. Acceptance
These Terms apply to anyone who sends a booking request, a booking or an inquiry through the booking engine shown on the website of an accommodation, a car rental company or an activity provider (the “Provider”). By sending it, the person accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3. What the platform is
InterPatagoniaWeb provides the technology: the Provider’s website, the booking engine and the tools the Provider uses to manage bookings. It does not provide accommodation, vehicle rental or tourist activities, and it is not a party to the contract between the guest or customer and the Provider.
4. Bookings
Each Provider sets its own rates, availability, deposit, cancellation policy and rules, which the engine shows before the request is sent. A booking request is not a confirmed booking: it is subject to confirmation by the Provider, who will reply by email or WhatsApp. When the engine allows an online deposit, the booking is confirmed once that payment is credited, under the conditions shown.
The Provider is responsible for its service, prices, availability, cancellations, changes and refunds.
5. Payments
Online payments are made through Mercado Pago, directly into the Provider’s account. InterPatagoniaWeb does not receive, hold or retain that money, and does not store card details. Refunds and payment claims are handled with the Provider; payments are also subject to Mercado Pago’s terms.
6. Information entered
Anyone sending a request must enter true information, either their own or that of people who authorized them. Card numbers, security codes, passwords or health information must not be written in the comments field. False, repeated or automated requests may be blocked.
7. Liability
InterPatagoniaWeb is responsible for the operation of the platform. It is not responsible for the service provided by the Provider, for the information the Provider publishes (photos, descriptions, rates and conditions), or for interruptions of third-party services such as Mercado Pago, WhatsApp or email.
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to consumers by Argentine Consumer Protection Law 24,240.
8. Third-party links
The Provider’s website may link to third-party services (Mercado Pago, WhatsApp, maps, social networks). Each one is governed by its own terms and policies.
9. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Each request is governed by the version in force when it was sent, published on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Disputes are submitted to the courts that have jurisdiction under consumer protection rules.
